Technical Support Representatives - Positions Available: 3
We are looking for people that have a passion for
technology and helping people. Life Record is seeking
several individuals to provide technical support to
our physician clients regarding the Life Record EMR.
Although Life Record is headquartered in New Mexico,
we have physicians all across the country in Eastern
and Pacific time zones. This position does not
required any onsite visits so you can work anywhere
in the country (even from your home, telecommuting!).
Physicians call the Life Record toll free
headquarters and our dynamic call routing system will
seamlessly and instantly transfer calls to your phone
where you can assist physicians with low level
technical issues regarding the Life Record EMR.
These positions require no programming or development
experience, and are for tier one technical support
issues (How Do I questions).
Salary is dependent on experience, although one thing
we believe in at Life Record Inc. is that passion can
give more talent to a person than experience.
Mac OS X knowledge (Tiger and Leopard) and Microsoft
Windows (2000, XP, and Vista) is a must!
